Welcome!

We hope you find your visit here informational and inspirational. We know how daunting it can be to reach one’s fitness goals. Having successfully competed as Professional Bodybuilders, we can help you transform your body to prepare you for competitions, improve your overall health, or both.
If you have any questions or are curious about some of our philosophies or ideas, feel free to contact us for more information. We don’t think anything we do is “rocket science”… it’s just a matter of putting your nose to the grind stone and working like you’ve never worked before.

Supplements & Nutrition

At the mention of bodybuilding supplements most people think of steroids or protein powders by the bucket full and things that make you go blimp in the night. That shouldn’t be the case. Supplements for the weight training sports and fitness activities do have a place in health and performance enhancement. The hard part is finding out which ones work and how much to take safely.
With any supplement, even vitamins, you need to ask these six questions:
Does it provide benefit?

Is it safe; now or in the longer term?

What is the amount that works, the dose? (Never take more than the prescribed dose.)

Can you trust the supplement company to always deliver that amount in its product?

Can you trust the supplement company not to include unsafe or illegal additional products intentionally or unintentionally in the product?

About Seif Fitness

As a NABBA Professional Bodybuilder, NPC/IFBB Certified Judge, and Personal Trainer, I have been competitive in body building since 1995 and Judging since 1997. I enjoy helping competitive bodybuilders with “crunch time” dieting, supplement cycling, posing and color. I am probably best known for my contest conditioning and stage presence. My off-season weight is 250lbs and I typically compete at 210-220lbs. Currently I am helping many non-competitive people with every day exercise and dieting programs. I find it to be very rewarding as well as fun to help people reach their goals.

What Do You Like Most About Bodybuilding:
I like that fact that it pushes me to the limit. Most people don't like the pressure that bodybuilding put on you emotionally and physically. I love it!
What Got You Involved In Bodybuilding:
One of my best friends, Brad Chester, from Toledo, Ohio was doing shows while we were in High School and College. He was a great inspiration. He helped me do my first show in 1994.
My Favorite Bodybuilder Of All Time:
Tom Platz - Not the most pleasing physique, but you have to appreciate freaks like this.
Favorite Body Part To Train:
Legs - I love the burn on leg day. Most people can't handle the stress that squats put on your body, but I really do love the heavy weight on my back.
Least Favorite Body Part To Train:
Arms - I may invest in tricep and bicep implants. LOL!!!
My Favorite Body Parts On The Pros:

If you’re wondering what to do next, or how to get started…then that’s where I can help. But in order for me to help you, you must be at least 100% ready to help yourself. This means putting in the dedication and work required to be successful.
Contest preparation is about reaching personal goals, not necessarily to have fun. The 12 to 16 weeks you will spend on contest prep will be intense and is not something you should enter into lightly. Quitting should not be an option, as it would be a waste of your time and mine.
I trained these UFC/Pride Champions (Mark Kerr, Mark Coleman, Wes Sims and Kevin Randleman), and I can also help you reach your goals! If you’re ready and want to know more, then contact me.
